Cynthia Lum, Dan Nagin, and Tarrick McGuire appeal for structural policing reforms

CEBCP Director Cynthia Lum, along with Daniel Nagin of Carnegie Mellon University and Tarrick McGuire call for fundamental structural changes in policing in an appeal to police leaders in an Op-Ed for the Washington Post.
