All symposium events on Monday, April 8 will be held at the George Mason University Arlington Campus Founders Hall, 3351 Fairfax Drive, Arlington, VA 22201. A PDF map of the Mason Arlington campus is available here.

Metro:

Attendees are strongly encouraged to use Metro to attend the symposium. The Mason Arlington campus conveniently located next to the Virginia Square-GMU station (orange line). From the station take the escalator to the street level, and turn to face Fairfax Drive.  Across the street and to the right, you will see the FDIC building. The Arlington campus is next door. Parking:

Participants are encouraged to use the metro (see above). However, there is also visitors parking directly under Founder’s Hall. Driving directions are available here. The cost is $3 per hour ($14/day maximum). To access the Founders Hall garage, use the alley behind Founders Hall, turning off either Kirkwood Drive (between Hazel Hall and Truland Building) or Washington Boulevard at the traffic signal between Giant and GMU Foundation Building (come down the hill and go past the GMUF garage and the Original Building loading dock).

Accommodations:

There are a number of hotel options in Arlington, VA that are near the Mason Arlington Campus and accessible Metro stations. Those needing accommodations might consider the Hyatt Arlington (next to the Rosslyn Metro Station), the Residence Inn Arlington Courthouse or the Hilton Garden Inn Arlington/Courthouse Plaza (next to the Courthouse Metro Station). There is also a Hilton at the Ballston Metro Station.
