Dr. Eden Kamar is a criminologist whose work focuses on cybercrime, online fraud, adversarial behavior, and evidence-based cybersecurity. Her research examines how offenders operate across digital environments, including phishing, identity theft, technology-facilitated child sexual abuse, illicit markets, and social engineering, with a particular emphasis on translating criminological theory into practical prevention and detection strategies.

Dr. Kamar has extensive experience conducting empirical research using experimental designs, digital forensics, Open-Source Intelligence, cyber-intelligence methods, and computational approaches. She has worked with academic, public-sector, and industry partners to study offender decision-making, institutional responses to cyber threats, and the role of human behavior in cybersecurity. Her work bridges criminology, cybersecurity, and adversarial intelligence, with the goal of developing actionable insights that help organizations better understand, anticipate, and respond to emerging forms of cybercrime.
