Chloe L. McPhillips is a doctoral student at George Mason University in the Department of Criminology, Law, and Society, and serves as a Graduate Research Assistant for the Center for Evidence-Based Crime Policy. Chloe received both her BS and MS degrees from the University of Cincinnati in 2019 and 2021, respectively. She then joined a nonprofit organization where she worked to advance the use of research and evidence-based practices in policing and policy development before joining the doctoral program at George Mason. Her research interests include topics such as evidence-based policing, community trust, police recruitment and retention, and changes in police practices over time.
